No debate about that Lady K's color - Kenmore hadn't made pink in years and years by the time the garage-door machines were produced.
The "Sears Best" sticker still surviving on the machine's front is a clue that it was never repainted pink. The sticker would have had to be removed for a repaint, or carefully masked off. Come ON. Just lighting and the vagaries of digital photography. |
