Hello Everyone!
I'm just curious about the posts that I've seen on eBay, for the vintage Kitchenaid dishwashers. Does anyone know anything about them? The reason I ask is because my 13 year old Kenmore Elite has started making noises, and I REALLY don't want to go out and buy one of the new pieces of junk that's out there. I'd rather repair the KM, or look for a vintage Kitchenaid. Thanks! Mike |

Those "refurbished machines" have been there for quite some time. I'll venture to say years.
They are a pretty penny and I think there is no "warranty" or returns. I don't think any of the members here have ever bought one. I don't have time right now but I'm pretty sure the seller has about 6-8 of these machines. CLICK HERE TO GO TO toploader55's LINK on eBay |

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I bought the KM in 2000, and it's been a really good machine. It's quiet, and cleans everything 99.9% of the time (even baked on foods). I'm hesitant to part with it (I've only had to replace a couple of minor things on the wash arm). It's my daily driver. Okay...I just talked myself into keeping it. LOL.
Thanks guys! Mike |
