I'm sure glad I bought one---even if it isn't my daily driver. It really is the only choice for those wanting a classic, traditional top-loader. Since my SQ gets "driven only to church on Sundays" use, it should still be in great shape when a future collector comes across it.
While I'm very fond of modern front-loaders, I can't say I'm impressed with, as Consumer Reports calls them, "unconventional" top-loaders. This post was last edited 02/07/2014 at 18:33 |

"while I still have the chance" I think Alliance recently said they're committed to TLs at least until 2018. Someone please correct if wrong. |
