inside of dishwasher where part is located you can see the first nub the wheel and axle are completely removed, the second one the wheel axle is coming off.

 Nice machine. It's 100% Hobart from the looks of it. Have you tried contacting Hobart for parts? The "Free Stuff" section on Craigslist for a Kitchenaid of similar vintage for a parts machine? Lots of KD21's have been showing up there lately, but you can probably choose from earlier and later models for the parts you need.
