I wonder if it's an Amana clone.  For a while there, Amana seemed to be the only manufacturer turning out bottom freezer models, and the Continental might be of coincidental vintage.

I didn't want to say it...but I do think it looks like an Amana Fridge from this period.  And that is not a bad thing for the Amana Refrigerators that were built during this time period.

I know several people that have Amana fridges that were built during this period that are still going strong.  Of course they kept them clean and such.

I was wondering if it might have been a Grand Rapids (later WCI) clone.

 

I don't know much of what Amana was making around this era (60's?) so wasn't sure.

 

The ad is back up - maybe just to keep it up near the top of the listings.

Can't tell for sure but I will bet Westinghouse, everyone was still making bottom freezer refs in the 60s.
