We have this machine in the bar for glasses.

When it's not down, it's great. But many will disagree with me, but circuit boards and dishwashers are a bad combination.

I know, I know, but the old mechanical times were much more reliable and dependable.

The Hobart UM series (Now pretty much extinct) and the WM series (which was nothing more than a 16-17 series "Custom" (One Cycle 4 minutes) would run and run and run !!! Scrub the Grime off the Walls of the Harbor Tunnel in Boston.

The LX is not my favorite Hobart. It's right at the bottom. This machine needs vast improvement. I can't believe I'm writing this but I think I'd rather have a undercounter Jackson Fastspray.

Eddie: The LXi is not the best DW Hobart ever made

The LX-30H was much better. I would not swear off PCB controllers though. Think of your AM-14 or for that matter the CL-44e at my job where we serve over 1500 meals a day. That being said the Jacksons can't be all bad or Ecolab would not waste their time on them.

There you are Nick LOL.

Yes, My AM-14 (which is about to get the shit kicked out of it for another season) has so far (Knock on wood) has been reliable. But that LX is constantly a headache. The drain always has issues, the de-liming cycle alarm is always going off, the chemical pumps are in constant need of attention, and will always go down at 18:45 on a Saturday Night. I have a good tech too from the Chemical Company. Too bad Stevet wasn't back here in the Northeast. BTW... where is Steve ???

My Kitchen and Dishroom renovation got kicked to the curb yet again due to the repiping of the Sprinkler System in the restaurant. I just wish the place would burn down so we could start fresh with a whole new design.
