Its one of the new models. I saw it first in one of the ads one week and went to the website for more info, but it wasn't available. |

This looked like what I would want in a new washer until I read the owners manual that outlines the monthly cleaning procedure. I can see me running the clean cycle and then forgetting and throwing in a load of dark colors only to be surprised by the results! |

I am still really attracted to the idea of this machine...
I saw the step down from this unit at Menards the other day... .. IDK something is just drawing me to the unit above... But, with me raising the water level in my Profile and using the handwash cycle to wash my linens, lint/hair isn't as much of an issue as it was. Someday I'll find one, maybe. |

I think a common issue when they came out was the support bar sagging. I saw a video of it where a piece of metal was scraping on the bottom of the unit and making a squeak noise. But I believe they fixed that. When I got mine, I was told they were actually good machines because of their simplicity in mechanics. Just a belt driven motor and pump for the most part. Not much to go wrong. I seriously considered this machine when I got my Kenmore 28102. I loved my BOL Hydrowave and this one is TOL plus HE capabilities so I'm sure it makes for an excellent washer.
