This looks like the same feature set as my 1961 red GE, no self clean and no rotisserie on mine.

That basic model was made for many years - beginning in '57 until at least sometime in the 70's. This would be earlier than '63 as the receptacles on the control panel are not the grounded version.

It probably has a chrome inner door liner. This was as full-featured a 30" GE as you could buy back then. Such a wonderful range and, based on the knob design, newer than the red beauty.

Typing "full-featured" reminded me of Jane Russell describing herself as "full-figured" in a foundation garment commercial decades ago.

30 inch GE

These are my favorite GEs of all time, also the 40 inch size is great.
