Look at the inside tub. I've seen these aluminum tubs brand new and they look polished. Very shiny. This one looks like it has some use all right. At the very least it's had water in it before. It might be "low mileage" but "no mileage"? |

In another thread about wringer washers a member (Combo?) mentioned that many housewives purchased second washers of that type upon hearing (or fearing) they wouldn't be able to find another after Maytag announced it was ceasing production.
Sadly or happily for them their original Maytag wringers outlived them (or just keeps on chugging) so the NIB machine is surplus to requirements. |
