I could see this working very well:
However for long term viability an investment would need to be made on smaller OPL type commercial machines such as small motels or large restaurants use. This to increase throughput of laundry so more members could use the place in a day(more revenue per Square Meter of floor space) and reduce breakdowns with more robust machines. There should also be a "Heavy user rate" should some members begin taking in laundry as a second income. Nonetheless a neat idea that could work well with the right policies in place.
