I'm so excited, my new Speed Queen stainless steel front load set is being delivered today! Any members currently using these as their daily drivers?

I've got the white . . .

. . . SQ FL and am very pleased with it. It's quiet and does a great job of cleaning and extracting. You're gonna love it.

Very Excited for you!

If I had to retire my Neptunes, SQ would be the choice for me.

Keep us informed on how you like them...............

the normal eco/cycle mostly use cold water for washing and is a spray rinse if you went to use a true warm water wash or hot water wash you will have to use the heavy duty cycle

You made the BEST choice.

You will love having a commercial grade laundry in your home.  I do.  My wife recently commented that  she finds things to be cleaner and fresher since we got the SQs.  These machines will do a great job and most likely last you most of your life.

They're In

After a couple of issues, the machines are up and running! I am really impressed with the quality you can feel in these machines! They are amazing and I look forward to enjoying them for many years to come! I'm known for trading laundry equipment every 4-5 years but I think these machines will be my daily drivers for the foreseeable future!

They made it!

Congrats! Most have been so busy they were running a little late.

A bit of advice

If you're considering purchasing these machines, I would suggest going with a local dealer familiar with Speed Queen. There were only a few local dealers in my area so I went with Nebraska Furniture Mart as they were able to make me a better deal. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the product but the delivery contractors were not and failed to remove the front shipping bracket in the front of the washer.

When they set up the washer and ran a test rinse & spin, it shook badly when attempting to spin. They said the machine was defective and would have to be reordered. Fortunately, the great people at Speed Queen diagnosed the problem and the tech returned, removed the bracket, and the washer runs perfectly.

Bottom line, go with a dealer familiar with Speed Queen from sale to install!😊

Your new SQ's are so pretty.  Yes, I have seen those at our local appliance dealer here in Panama City, Florida.  Only in white however.  Will be my next set!

About your delivery & setup issue.  I own a home repair and remodel business for 15 years now.  Lot's of kitchen and bath remodels.  Often times, (she/he) decided on new appliances during the renovation.  If we had to count the lack of knowledge on almost every delivery/setup we have seen and experienced in action, I'd have to say hundreds.  They are fumbling, untrained, minimum wage, don't give a rats ass, employees.  None of which care, if the machine is scratched, not installed correctly, their dirty hands all over them, and the list goes on.  We have seen all the talking and all the pleasantries that come along, but when you get down to work, willie aint nillie.  I usually excuse them and install the appliances myself.  It takes hours to get them exactly right and cleaned and ready for homeowner operation.

Nuff Said.

Enjoy your new appliances.  They are nice!
