I'd probably choose a good Silicone RTV. Nothing bonds two hard surfaces as well as something that has a little give to it. It won't harm most any hard surface and it is impervious to most liquids and heat you will find in a MW too. Whatever you do stay away from cyanoacrylates (Super glue) as they can destroy plastics and skip Gorilla glue too.
