Personally, I love these Amanas. Built nicely, and seem to run forever. Downside to a lot of them is some bad discoloration if you have white/ivory trim pieces--almost all stuff like that from the 80s and 90s ages very badly.
I Had one of these Amanas many, many years ago and was very happy with it (aside from the cabinet being very bulky--I happen to prefer built-in or counter depth size. The one that's always been elusive is the 27 cu. ft. one with the Touchmatic controls on the outside--between the upper handle trim. These aren't the best pics…saved from an old CL ad. |
