Yes, simple and tasty. You are right about the garlic, it gets bitter if browned. I like to add a bit of heavy cream.

Since you've already shown that you're a real fan of delicious Brussels sprouts, it only follows that you love healthy spinach too. Garlic an olive oil make most vegetables better. A nice simple recipe. Thanks for posting. Make sure you return that grater to the Dream House.
