The early 60's. Westinghouse has Easy rebadge a washing machine for them before they completely develop their own a little later. Apparently Westinghouse liked the spiral design agitator, since that is what they used in their own Westinghouse built machines. I actually have only seen one of these machines in my 60 years in a junkyard.

Is that poor woman just heavy or gravid again? Those little boys look like stairsteps with possibly a set of twins on the counter. I hope that she got a dryer for doing the ad.

Adding top loaders to the lineup was what finished off the slant-front tumbler design because the dryers had to match both washers. The tumbler would have been far better at getting rid of heavy sediment in her family's clothes than a solid tub washer, but then you can't use Tide in front loaders.

I didn't know that Westinghouse had a center dial TL machine in their line up. Must have been one of the first TL's for them.
