Once again, Kenmore's flagship offers a wonderful array of cycles, options and features. If it spun at 1140, it would almost be an ideal washer.
Back in the day, I thought our 1960 Model 80 was more progressive as there was no old-school cycle dial to operate; but it was probably nice to be able to see the progression of the cycle. It lacked the fun of a percussive, rhythmic rapid advance timer, but I'm assuming it had the variable agitator which would more than make up for that, LOL. Jane Wyatt was looking good, as well. |

Interesting that an old episode of "Father knows best" with Jane Wyatt had what appeared to be an old Launderall machine. |
