I remember a very distinctive scent from our washer we had as a kid which I think was from fabric softener use. I still notice the scent here and there which makes me think it might still be used in some laundry product... are there any brands that haven't overhauled their scents recently like P&G?
Also, is there anything specific I should look for when buying vintage laundry products online? I'd like to end up with something usable if I take a gamble.
