A few apologies in advance on this: 1) Photos are not great...it's how they came to me. 2) I missed these by ONE DAY...which means any of you interested in them missed out too! They were only about 2 blocks from my house. Damn. However, the one photo with text annotations in it does mention the fact that there is a non-op issue. These were $300. No idea if that was fair or not...but I still would have liked to have had a crack at these....

....it gets worse. I re-read the owner's ad. $150 for both. Crap.

Meanwhile, this cute, complete, functional GE has been waiting for a new home for a couple of weeks.  At this point, I could probably have it for $50.  I'm tempted, but really do not need another fridge, and the back road to Soquel has been closed since February.

I think Westinghouse had a custom built in line, everything was special order. so it probably wouldn't be easy to find info on those. They probably came out of the Columbus Ohio factory.

Westy!

And a gorgeous westy at that! I hope whoever got it appreciates it and gets it going. The script on the door reminds me of a 55 model that I had. The handles are similar too. That stainless though...

Also, that little GE is a genuine flat top. It is charged with SO2 and is direct kin with the CK monitor top. I believe that particular one is called a CJ. They were the cheaper model since it had a smaller evaporator and condenser. Compressor is the exact same as the CK however.
