I am willing to trade this Maytag electric dryer for a Maytag Halo Of Heat dryer, or I'll take $75.00 for it. Note the washer that is shown in the picture has been sold. You can email me at scasteel1999@aol.com.

I hate to be a party pooper here, but a HOH dryer has a lot smaller capacity than that one, and a lower wattage heating element or lower BTU gas burner. |

Maytag Halo Of Heat dryers don't have the most powerful heating element, or burner, but they must be gentler I n the clothes. If I had a Maytag Halo Of Heat, I would only use if for drying small loads, and only use it once in a while. I have been trying to find a Maytag Halo Of Heat dryer, but I have had no luck on obtaining one at all. My Maytag DG810 dryer does not dry small loads all that well, and if I had a Maytag halo of heat, I could just dry small loads in it.

well you asked for a 'halo of heat'....and that's whats available....at an exceptional price, for a set no less...
coupled to an 806 washer....what more could you want..... can everyone check their inventory for a 'halo of heat' dryer in white, brand new in the box? would that be natural gas or propane? electric....3 or 4 prong plug? |

While we don't know what they mean by "serviced at BnB", I suspect the seller paid someone to look at them, possibly service them. Translation - the seller doesn't want to give them away for free.
If I was desiring a panel lit Maytag set and a set popped somewhat close and within a weekends drive, I'd make an offer. To be honest, $300 isn't a horrible starting point considering these aren't growing on trees. Tough to be picky in this day and age when collecting 40 to 50 year old appliances. Ben |
