Reading the warranty on the Gibson washer it says repair will be covered but owner must pay for pickup and delivery? I don't understand, are they saying they didn't do the repair in house? |

I take it to mean not that all repairs are expected to require transportation to an off-site location but that that the customer pays for transportation if a repair can't be done in the home, such as major disassembly for a transmission issue. However, the terms don't state specific repairs that require off-site servicing so the repair service could claim such for anything. |

Gibson: Another brand under the sad umbrella of White Consolidated Industries. Bruce's description pretty much sums it all up.
