Thank you so much Launderess! I read your post a little after 6, bundled up and walked in the snow to the local store. The walk was nice and there was virtually no checkout line. |

I usually don't care about detergents so long as they don't stink . I gave the Persil 2 in 1 a try since it was top rated in CR and have to say it did brighten up what I thought were already clean cothes..Who knew I've been walking around for years in dingy clothes.. plus it has a fairly light fragrance.

Glad to be of service!
Went out this morning for milk (people in NYC hear the word snow and you'd think Hitler just invaded Poland for the mad rush to the shops....), but once again didn't succumb to the temptation. Still have about three quarters to one half bottle of the Persil 2in1 purchased sometime ago, so that's me for you. Add to this have more detergents around there than Tesco so you can imagine what a hullabaloo would be raised if yet more were added. *LOL* Quiet honestly if anything prefer the German Persil color gel formula due to absence of all those OBAs. Use it for colored clothing and especially off white table/bed linens. Anyone who doesn't need Persil now, though it is a bit late for telling, you can always ask Rite Aid to give a rain check slip. Most will do this without asking why (as in we have plenty in stock so why are you asking?) so you can go back later if don't need anything at the moment. Have said this often enough, Rite Aid nearly always has some sort of detergent on sale, and often the deals are quite good. P&G products (Tide, Gain, Downy, etc...) are on sale every other week it seems. If not then it's Purex or something else. Can always tell at local laundromat what is on offer at Rite Aid because that is what most persons bring..... |

I wish I had seen this sooner, but maybe Left-Coast-Rite-Aid's didn't even participate. Even grocery chains here will often stipulate that their ads are only applicable to "northern and central California" stores, for example.
I usually don't look at Rite Aid circulars because I have three Walgreens nearer to me than any Rite Aids. |
