I think their problem was the oil leaking out, but I don't have anything against them. Alot of people here don't like them because that's what they put in the Frigdiares after the Jet action went away. |

I didn't like the one in my '86 Frigidaire TL, but the agitator is better in the '06 so there is actual rollover. Also, my '86 Franklin tranny was pretty weak after only a year of use. It would barely spin until the tub had drained over half the water. The only things I liked about the '86 were the 'circle of spray' fill and the spin-drain. Other than that it was an awful machine. My '06 isn't exactly a techie marvel, either----if it wasn't for the auto-temp control, it could easily be a mid-50's machine; there isn't even a cool-down process for perm-press----but it's a better washer than the '86 in other ways. |
