The mechanic who fixes my machines here in Tucson also said that LG is a nightmare to get parts for. Ross |

I am the person with the LG service nightmare story. I got rid of the machine and feel better. The 5 year warrenty was useless. LG doesn't want to know you. Do you have a service contract? And how old is the machine? Keep us posted. I hope you get better service results than I did. Best Of Luck Peter |

I had went to so many agencies like consumer protection. Both local Westchester County and New York State. They couldn't help. It was nothing but BS and worst of all so time consuming as bad as it was it was just easier to purge the unit. I hope you have better luck. Problem is they know they can get away with this stuff. Keep us posted. Peter |
