Well the Maytag A806 has a clean bill of health with both tubs being cleaned and toched up as well as new bearings. Thanks to everyone with the advice on the rust spots and chips in the tubs.

Kitchen Aid Set

Geoff - Thanks! I bought the set in November on Craigslsit and the timer was not going through all of the cycles correctly as well the tub was blue and white porcelain and had a white single action agitator. Then a month later I found another washer on Craigslist so I bought it switched out the timer, tub and agitator and it is as good as new.

I'll repeat what others have said. They are beautiful sets.

That was my favorite Kitchen Aid w/d design. I love the turquoise agitator.
