Nope this is standard capacity version. The large capacity version is featured in Thread # 19507 entitled: "Cool Ad 1970".

This looks like an early 70's model. Ours was very similar from 72 but we had the newer door switch (white plastic) and the panel was silver and gold tones. We also didn't have the pilot light under the timer dial.

IIRC these dryers were very fast. In gas, they'd be ridiculously fast, much faster, unfortunately than the monster-sized ones.

Do any of you know whether it's easy or not to convert these to propane service?

The propane conversion is easy and cheap.
