Check the belt tension. The motor is on 3 bolts and can be tightened up. |

i checked the tention on the belt, there is a tad bit of slack, not much tho, i can move the side of the belt, should it be tighter? |

Hmm.....the clutch assembly is a dry-type, so if you're seeing sprayed oil, look for a leaking transmission. Does the belt have grease on it too? If so it's probably slipping pretty bad. |

reminds me of a game we played in the boy's room as kids. Sometimes lint and hair can partially clog the passage for the recirculation water. It's just a matter of cleaning it out, you can get to it while you are under tightening the belt. The old GE/FF my mother had had a clear neck on the connection so you could see if it were blocked. |
