I am getting rid of the Kenmore Oasis that I got just over a year ago because Sears does not know how to fix it and I was told that if anything got caught in the pump then it was not covered by the protection plan it cost $800.00 dollars to fix it so I am getting rid of it. I went to the Sears that I bought it at here in Memphis and talked to the Manager of the store and he told me that I needed to talk to Customer Solutions so i did when I was in the store. The manager of the Sears was very nice. They gave me a case number and told me that I could get a replacement washer.Itried to get a refund so that I could go out and buy a Speed Queen but that was a no go so I am going to take them up on the offer.Iam looking at front loaders it is between the L.G.or Samsung because I am going to stay away from Kenmore and all Whirlpool brands like Maytag. So I need information on these brands. Did I happen to hear that one of the front loaders had the ability to add more water thst would be a useful feature.I hope that I can find one that will work without a lot of issues. thanks for any information.
