Sounds like you have everything you need. I've used a little light sanding or scraping to remove any residue from the drum lip before applying the new seal. Usually most of the old glue is gone with the old felt and little remains on the drum itself. You could also do a new idler wheel, those bushings don't last forever but if the machine hasn't had a hard life, it may just need cleaning and a drop or two of turbine oil.
