This may brighten up your weekend a little. I think I giggled for about 5 minutes after seeing this:

I think either Mr. Haney or Jethro Bodine did that, lol.

With the slim choices in portables, he may be on to something. When the DW breaks down get another craigslist machine and roll on. I do wish the mechanicals were a little more sealed up, in case someone with curious children would buy it. alr2903

I was thinking of doing some like that, if I found a built-in that I just had to have. I would cover the sides and back, I will give him an E for effort though.

I like it

In the vein of thereifixedit.com and youdrivewhat.com, this is pretty good. I would have closed the sides in and made it a little more pretty but utilitarian and naked works just as well.

Some people really don't have the money and resources to get anything better. So don't judge them.

There aren't many portables being made today. Whirlpool, GE, Kenmore, and Maytag. I wonder if they will eventually stop making portables?

IKEA has a cabinet that basically serves to convert a DW to portable.........

Well! Chris, "ronhic"

Notice that the "v" and the "b" are right next to each other, so I would actually given them a good attempt of writing effort anyway. No bodies perfect and since the Letters were that close to each other and if someone might be writing something in a hurry and not paying attention, things like that might happen...

Peace and Kind Regards, Steve

Great Effort

OK, it's funny looking, but I'd rather have a funny looking one than spend time washing dishes.

Yes, if he went that far it wouldn't be that difficult to make it more of a cabinet. However, I have to say that I'm not that creative and/or gifted to make that.

Fix a PC, sure. Build anything with wood, hammers and nails...only with my magic wand and a vat of pixie dust.

So, we get a giggle out of that, that's OK, but let's give the guy credit for creating something.

I love the little rascals. And Jethro Bodine(Max Baer Jr. was more than a little hot). I think this is great; the only reason I posted this is it gave me about five minutes of laughter.
