I would say 1930s, and it doesn't say "H," that's just a design element. Read "GM" diagonally.

And a good quality machine. Its probably one of the "Meter Miser" series. If there's a model number on the back I can tell what year and series. (Just like GM cars, there was a Standard, Master, Deluxe, and Imperial series...)

Hope someone snags it!

I agree Dan - fantastic price. Tonight I'll take a look to see what year this one falls under. Certainly doesn't look like a 1940 or 1941 model - more than likely it is earlier.

No!!!!

That is a Meter Miser unit,One of the first units to use Freon instead of Sulfur Dioxide,This unit was like later Frigidaire units ,a rotary sealed system, no pistons. If taken care of will practically run forever.

Oooh, that is pretty. But we already have one Frigidaire here and there's no room for a refrigerator collection in addition to everything else!

Fairly certain that it is a 1937/1938 Master model. They claim 7.6 cubic foot but the book suggest 7.2. Either way, still a very clean fridge. It is missing the tray that slides in under the freezer compartment.
