does anyone know what brand washer is in today's POD?

The only machine I know of with a left-to-right opening lid is a Philco. There's a "P" logo on the front of the machine, but it doesn't look like any Philco console I've ever seen.

Yup its a 1963 or 1964 Philco.

A "Miss America" TOL Philco... You can tell by the (poorly) hidden script on the console. "The magic is...AUTOMAGIC!"
