I'll take a stab at the "demonstration recreates ..." I always thought it meant as showing a potential customer just how much a soiled plate could have on it (all those noodles times 13 to 26 dinner plates). This was still hard to comprehend back in 1969 to 1972. Even in 1984 with my PotScrubber, my mom would say, that won't get clean with it put in like that, I proved her wrong each and every time. And I, when I could sneak it by her, got pretty gunky stuff put in our rotoracks also. And the few times I could emulate the Power Wash by using the sani rinse water heat delay for hte main wash phase, cleaned damn well!! I loved pial turning and the button pushing when she wasn't around.
