Very good scanning peter.  And thanks!!!!  A GU9880 or GU940 was recently on local Craigslist.  Racks eaten up, the top rack so bad it came apart on some sides.

Good scans Peter.  The DU7600Xs is waat was in our current home when we purchased it in 2000 was a great DW until it started going out.  It was alwaays loud but it got to the point we could not stand being in the house with it running.  This was in 2005 so the machine was almost 20 years old.   We got the tall tub Kenmore Elite almost like Bob/appnut has and it does a good job but in a 2 hour time period instead of 45 to 50 minutes.

WP DW RACKS

were not any worse than most others but the machines cleaned so well and they had such large detergent cups that people tended to over use detergent. One thing I have learned in life is if I have an appliance, car or even partner that I really like I will fix it when it breaks rather than running out and buying something that I may not like as well.

Notice the high-temp option has been reduced from 145 to 140 degrees.

New Generation

Thanks Peter!

I don't have this one.....

I did own the TOL New Generation when it came out, I thought it was a great dishwasher.....except the drain portion...sounded like a truck in the kitchen. Later they added the rod with the weight to help the sound vibration.  I moved the WP to rental and bought the KUDA230YWH when I changed out the kitchen....I miss that one!
