Have heard of this full-skirted beauty for many years. In fact, the foreman at the now defunct Dorothy Street Washer warehouse told me he had seen what he thought was a Whirlpool, only once, and that it was "enormous." We all knew there had to be the Whirlpool equivalent of the Kenmore Visimatic out there somewhere.
I hope any member who has knowledge or experience will post it, giving us a nice washer treat for the weekend.
I wonder why they are so rare. Ain't she pretty? |

Wasn't there a Whirlpool wringer that had a lint filter on the side? I remember I saw a picture of it here in the club a loooooong time ago. |

Isn't this place amazing. We talk of it, dream of it, smile, and LO--it appears.
Finally the Whirlpool brother to the Lady K Visimatic we see so often here. Really wondering how those push buttons engage the gear and the pump.
Rochester is the next city down the pike, just over an hour away, but I enjoy a Visimatic, and would love to see another member know
the joys and satisfaction of semi-automatic conventional washing, aka WRINGGGGGGER. This dog can't hunt right now. This post was last edited 03/29/2011 at 22:42 |
