Servis washers weren't that cheap.

Look at the price of those Servis Rainwave machines!! They were terrible. I had one in a rental property and if I used the delicate cycle I had to wet the clothes before putting them in the machine because the baffles were so low profile they didn't turn the load over.

Very interesting price List there Craig, (Yup, did The One Show - 7 hrs of filming for 1 min of fame!!!...Lol) its amazing how prices havnt changed with inflation otherwise some of thos emachines would be around £700...

Servis wher never cheap or nasty before they had the M prefix!!! Even Hitchi choose them to make there first range of computer chip 24inch washers & dryers..

Craig, was the price list from the Norweb sheet or was it a retail shop price list?

Mike, It's a staff retail price list of everything they sold & for Norweb contracting prices for rewiring & storage heaters installations. I am enjoying looking at the prices they charged the customers. Like installing a Triton TOPAZ T100I electric shower to existing supplies that would set you back £414.00 Truly shocking prices & that was back in 1996. It's a good bedtime book to read.
