How does it work? You cant wash without water or suds so how does it work...

It indeed washes without water nor suds.

The garments are tumbled in a solvent like tetrachloroethylene (also called Perchloroethylene) or supercritical carbon dioxide.

i also have a rebuilt perc now it is a wet clean machinery dry to dry chek my pic on my drycleaning post
