Messege the seller and say that he cannot use your picture, somone stole one of mine and stuck it on a review site so i think i will report the review sit.

Definitely report him to ebay.  By using a photo of your washer the seller is committing a breach of trust by not picturing the exact item he is selling, without a disclaimer to that effect.

I will get round to that after my holiday from 9 june-18. Will not wory too much for now...

There is a way to disable the "Save Image As" feature in browsers. It just takes a few lines of HTML code that you copy into the listing. Just search for disable photo copy.
