I like the flip-style clock/"time control". I can't remember ever seeing another microwave with a similar way to set the time. |

I think these models were known as the JET models, as in JET-101, etc. |

My Moms house that she had built in florida in 1975 had a microwave similar to that.now the home is no longer hers and she lives in LA-and that house built in the 80's--has a GE microwave similar to that one shown. |

I have a customer on Capitol Hill in DC that has that exact model built in under the counter in her kitchen. These were the first GE US built models and they did use a similar control setup on the OTR and built-in wall oven MW oven combinations. These were well built and very reliable, it a good piece of American appliance history thats worth collecting. |
