Yesterday I went to a BBQ and their was a Zanussi TC 482W (like Chris's) in the kitchen. The owner said a while ago that it was on its last legs and sounded like it was drumming. I then heard it at the BBQ and it was making a drumming sound. Please could you give me advice. How old is it anyway?

Thank You

Jacob

The dryer is from 1998-2000. The condense tank is stupid being at the bottom rather than on the fasia. C energy

Yeah, Dom (my mate) knew it was old. I'm gonna do a new thread about the replacement because they are gonna replace it.

Dryer

We have a Zanussi TC481W dryer from 1999 and it works perfectly, even during heavy use. Aquarius8000, we have our dryer on top of our washer, so the placement of the water tank is fine for us. When we thought it was broken (a burning smell was coming out due to overdrying), we found out that most of Zanussi's dryers have their water tank at the bottom.
