a month ago I switched out my Maytag 408 to run the Fav6800. Even though the Fav6800 is alot more energy efficent, I missed hearing the A408 the timer advancing and the agitation of the machine. today I switched them out again and I'm back to useing the A408. What a way to relax. Mike
