Ahh this took awhile the video did not want to come up whooo.
Sooo If I had a dream kitchen I think I would have four dishwashers and some in the other parts of the home. I have no idea on the reliability on this brand but.. This machine seems interesting ... It has a strong pump ... Two wash arms that get's in every corner of the tub. Two rinse arms Window & light in the demo model, wish the could make it like that. Here is another that is interesting...
even you can't get it in the states I presume. This machine has a different wash arm which is unique.. and a water recovery system which is the way I think should be implimented in dishwashers domestically . The ... Winter Halter machine. This post was last edited 04/11/2012 at 20:38 | ||

Cool Dishwashers Thanks for posting Darren.
I do think there would be a market here and elsewhere for a no nonsense DW that would actually clean dishes in 15 minutes-1hour for the really dried on cooked on food. The machine should have the option of being installed on a 240 volt line or at least require a 20 Amp 120 line so it heat water quickly. It would need to have a SS tank with electronic controls, but no TOUCH MEMBRANE panels as these are just too short lived on appliances [ ever wounder why the auto industry doesn't use TM switches? ] and the machine would have to sell in the just under $1000 price range to sell well.
I have talked to SQ and suggested they build a DW but they expressed no interest, I would love to see them build such a machine. They could buy the 1/3 HP Power-Clean pump and motor assemblies from WP and basically make a Heavy Duty SS tanked version of the standard tub WP DW design now that WP has stopped producing it. | ||

Most likely..
I can't say for sure without seeing a complete diagram or cycle logic chart, but on many commercial machines, the rinse is a non-recirculating fresh water rinse. The rinse spray arms are fed directly by the incoming water. The water used by the rinse fills the sump and remains there for use by the next wash cycle.

Was wondering the same yesterday night after watching the video, then the same dawned upon one as well.
Unlike domestic dishwashers sold in the United States, the wash water does not drain in many commercial machines, at least not the one shown above. So a "fresh water" rinse must come from a separate spray arm with it's own feed. Also noticed the rinse spray is no where near as *sand blast* powerful as the wash, so perhaps uses less water. Am also assuming some sort of over-fill sensor keeps the problem of too much rinse water being added to the sitting wash water. Think it would be great to have domestic dishwashers in the United States with fully removable racks that held wash water but used separate feed arm for the rinse. However see a few problems. Cost of design and production versus what could be charged for such a unit with a small to unknown demand. | ||
