A Vintage Hobart carousel-type, rack-conveyor dishwasher. Hobart model FRC-81-RS. It looks good if you have a dishroom to accomodate it.

I thought this dishwasher had a corner scrapper. I know in the C-Line and C-line-A based Fastrack machines both 90 and 120 degree prewash sections were available.
The only carousel machine I have much experience with is a single tank with 36" prewash Amsco-Champion with disposer trough and 2 16 gallon Hatco booster heaters which was in the cafeteria dishroom where I went to Culinary School. We had a Hobart AM-12 with stationary upper rinse and 16 gallon 3 Phase Hatco booster in the classroom. Nick WK78 |
