Bit silly starting this thread at 11.35pm but I'll go ahead anyway...
Basically I'm having a little problem with the 9525 getting the interlock sorted.
I have had advice from James Rankin who has been excellent but still need a detailed explanation.
I've taped up one of the 2 wires going into the microswitch (I had to cut it down to the copper coil and thread it then wrap around the metal part of the Microswitch) and then wrap electrical tape round it. It unfortunatly has the awful mechanical interlock with the 2 sections. Top opening and botton opening. I want to know how I can make it so the door will shut and latch but will still open when operating. I have no choice but to do this as the interlock messed up.

OK... In this pic you can see the 2 openings. The bottom one I believe operates the Microswitch and the top one looks as though it keeps the door closed. The problem I have is that the springs are missing (Ordering a new interlock). How will the door close once the springs are attatched again?
