I remember as a child, My dad taking apart the ABC-O-Matic of my moms to remove a sock or something that had got spun over the tub. I remember him showing me how the agitator moved without spinning....Anyway, I kind of understand the orbital agitation and the back and forth agitation. BUT how on earth did they produce an UP and Down agitation ?
