There's a very good chance it's a one-level wash model since it's BOL.

One level wash

Had one just like it in a apt in 1974-75. Great cleaner, but one level wash.

WP's top performing dishwashers came in 1984 and after with the Powerclean DWs.  While there is no doubt this will outwash most new junk a later WP would be even better.
