![]() I spoke to Steve on the phone and he sent me a photo of the owners manual and bill of sale for this machine, so I'll go ahead and post it here for posterity. Based on his description these tiny little photos aren't really doing this dryer justice. Some larger more detailed images would probably be very helpful.
Steve is in the scraping business and comes across stuff like this from time to time. When he does he tries hard to save it rather than see it crushed. How many times have we lamented the destruction of a rare or desirable machine by scrappers here on this blog? Well here's a scrapper that views these venerable old appliances with a sympathetic eye. He's even willing to keep an eye out for specific machines that one of us might be looking for. Based on my conversation he seemed friendly and enthusiastic, so don't hesitate to get in touch with him if you have questions. ![]() |

The seller told me that the timer does not work. If had room I may have gotten it for display/collection. |

![]() When I spoke to Steve he hadn't tried connecting the dryer to power, so the information about the defective timer is new. Still, I'd be willing to bet that the timer can be fixed. It would probably even be kind of a fun project. Baring that, someone here on this blog must have a spare or at least know of a source for one. |
