![]() $45 for a working pair? You should have said YES YES YES at $50 and not haggled over one hose. A bit of rust on a 39 year old machine? To be expected.
a matched set suds model Maytag 1974, working condition. You should have jumped at the fantastic price and smiled no matter what the seller was like.
Just my opinion. I've paid more for less. |

....Of parts.
There are parts on those machines that are NLA, and they are worth more than $45 if purchased used on eBay or CL. Turn around, go back. P.S.: There are only a very few 'Tags of this vintage that do not have worn buttons. Quite a few machines in members' hands are restored to awesomely nice condition, except that no one has found a way to restore buttons, and they're oh-so-NLA, so these members' babies still have that imperfection. |
