Hoover Topline
Hi Lance, its a drum machine, narrow style, got one for Gary a few years ago but needed full restoration - its back with me now, great washers, that one looks like brand new for 30yrs old, and the maker is given away by the blue plastic trim still on the metal frame of the top - think Brookside!!
It started off looking like this:
