Is anyone here going to go after this?

I'm going to but I don't want to bid against anyone here or drive the price up.

Thanks!

Kevin

I'd love to add one of those to my toy washer collection, but they usually get big money, much more than I want to spend.

Does it come with the miniature laundry room to tear up when it goes out of balance? LOL!

It IS cute plus being functional is cool too. I second the request for video when you get it...

When I saw it at Home Depot, one of my evil multiple personalities briefly took over, and I momentarily considered tucking it inside my trench coat, as I knew it wasn't for sale. Fortunately, I wasn't actually wearing a trench coat, so sanity quickly returned.

Really, though, I did look around to see if there happened to be a sales clerk nearby, so I could ask if they would sell it to me. No clerks were within yodeling distance, so I just kept moving.

should be interesting to see what it sells for

That thing is fine for Barbie's daytime cotton frocks but I wouldn't put any of her fancy things in there...especially the stuff Ken borrows from time to time.

My job is done... LOL!

Trying to get the image of Cross Dressing Ken out of my head. I just can't seem to remember when that doll (or 'action figure' if that makes you feel better...) was introduced but do remember it was at the same time as Welfare Barbie which came as barefoot, pregnant and pushing a shopping cart. She came with the Welfare play set which included the office with closed windows, paperwork and a trash can outside for her to rummage thru...

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm in a weird mood. Wanna make something of it? LOL!

You were lucky.

If Home Depot had sold it to you, they wouldn't have let you leave the store until you agreed to buy the miniature five-year maintenance protection plan!

LOL! I might have purchased the extended protection plan, too, if the price had not been too exorbitant.

Hmmmm...one per first 100 customers, so my daughter can have hers!

(Her friend broke off the door on her F/L washer & her oven door doesn't even close on her stove... (Have to show some pics, I know...!)

That or make it an exclusive Ltd. Ed. Target, or Toys R Us item!

It's up to $102 right now!

I gave up when it it passed my max bid of $50.   It would be fun to have, but I don't want it THAT BAD!

Kevin

By the way.... I find it EXTREMELY humorous that the seller labeled this as "vintage".   HA!   Perhaps in the world of computers when each generation is obsolete after 6 months.  Cool

This is one of those items that's fun to watch during the last few minutes of bidding, especially if you're not one of the bidders. Since there are so many people bidding I'm guessing the final price won't be cheap...I guess it's not cheap now.

$137.77...do you think the buyer paid too much for that little LG? This Miele toy front loader is only $34.99 on Amazon, of course it's not "vintage."

The only problem here is that these demos were made to show the wash/rinse water flow and movement of the tub. They were not meant to be sold to any of the public.Because they are AC, not DC, They can not be sold as a play toy and LG can not be held liable to any harm done to those who have somehow acquired them by either theft or buying them hot.I saw it first at HD and asked if I could have it when they were finished using it as a display demo. They said as much as they'd like me to have it, they could not legally give it to anyone.I then phoned LG corporate headquarters and they said the same thing. If it was battery operated, they could consider my request but, due to circumstances beyond their control, they had to deny my request.
