Great find

 1940s machine. Note how both racks ride together on a track near the midpoint of the tub wall. One of these was in the kitchen at Callanwolde at 980 Briarcliff Road in Atlanta. The kitchen in the basement was divided into the cold pantry with the sinks, this dishwasher, storage cabinets, countertops and refrigerators and a smaller room where the stoves were. The house was built in the 20s so the dishwasher was a later addition.
